On a beautiful sunny day the Ladies' Lunch was held in a private room at the Beaufort House on the King's Road. There were 18 of us. This lunch was originally thought up by Nicky Scott Knight when Mistress Fletcher and was organised today by her and our Clerk, Kate. The venue was splendid, the atmosphere electric, the food delicious and the staff friendly.  It was a really delightful and happy occasion - lots of noise, laughter and friendship - long may it continue!
