Installation Court 29th April 2025

Installation Day on 29th April, Court and Clothings and Admissions, Common Hall, followed by the Service of Thanksgiving at St Bartholomew the Great, and the Installation Dinner— a busy day for all but a fantastic way to both reflect and look to the future of the Company as we enter our 654th year.

 At Court, we were delighted to admit three new Freemen (Sean Leahy, Dr Janith Perera, Natasha Moore) and clothe three new Liverymen (Lynsey Metcalfe, Gemma Underwood and Gary Smith), each adding their own talents, experiences and enthusiasm to the fabric of our Fellowship. The Company continues to thrive because good people choose to become part of it. To our new members: we are so pleased to have you.

 Our New Master Baron de Styrcea installed the Wardens (Upper Warden Hilda Gibson and Renter Warden Jon Averns) Our new Master Fletcher, Baron de Styrcea, spoke both at Common Hall and the Dinner. At Common Hall, he laid out his vision: a balanced year of thoughtful consolidation and renewed focus. He touched on growing our membership through careful stewardship, broadening appeal, and improving engagement across generations.

He spoke passionately about supporting the Craft Guild of Fletchers, fostering our affiliations, and building on our relationship with Archery GB. With a carpet guard from 135 Det Army Cadets and 1921Squadron and pianist Michelle Santiago, the festivities were complete
