What an incredible day in the City of London!

 Cadets from across London and the South East came together to take part in the Cadet Enterprise Challenge 2026, hosted by the Worshipful Company of Fletchers in partnership with fellow Livery Companies, London District, the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association for Greater London, and supported by a fantastic team of volunteers.

Throughout the day, teams tackled a series of challenges across the City, testing their leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving and initiative while discovering more about the history, traditions and charitable work of the Livery Companies.

A huge thank you to our fellow participating Livery Companies, to Mansion House for hosting the prize-giving, and to the Lady Mayor and Consort for presenting the awards and celebrating the achievements of every cadet.

Sincere thanks also go to Captain Polly Marsh, HQ London District, every adult volunteer, hall staff, Clerk and supporter whose enthusiasm and commitment made the day possible. Most importantly, congratulations to every cadet who took part, you represented your units with professionalism, determination and great spirit.

The Cadet Enterprise Challenge demonstrates the enduring partnership between the City of London, the Livery movement and the Armed Forces community, investing in the confidence, leadership and future potential of young people.
