Carols in the Tower – 5 December 2025

Prepare your vocal cords and polish your shoes: the Company will once again venture into the ancient and illustrious Tower of London for our traditional Carol Service with our Affiliated Unit, the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. This year’s venue is none other than the Chapel Royal of St Peter ad Vincula—where the acoustics are noble, the history is mighty, and the drafts are… character-building.

The evening was brimming with Livery tradition, festive cheer, and enough fellowship to warm even the chilliest medieval stone. After we’ve sung our hearts out and behaved ourselves appropriately, we repaired to the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Officers’ Mess for a fork buffet supper—because nothing says Christmas like balancing a plate and a glass simultaneously. The Worshipful Company of Gunmakers also be joined us, ensuring the evening has plenty of sparkle.
